Who You Are
The Marketing Manager will focus on creating, coordinating, and analyzing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable results for both our clients and our own company. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Project Coordination, Product Development, Technology, and independent contractors to ensure successful campaign execution.
What You'll Do

-Facilitate the design and implementation of marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and company goals.
-Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
-Coordination and Team Leadership:
-Collaborate with design, content, and client teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
-Manage external vendors, freelancers, or partners to deliver high quality results.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for updates on campaign performance and strategy.
-Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
-Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
-Prepare regular and detailed reports for internal stakeholders highlighting successes an areas of improvement.
What You Bring
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE
-Prior experience in marketing, preferably in small business or branding agencies.
-Proven experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on campaign creation and analysis.
-Excellent project management and organizational skills.
-Ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
-Strong understanding of branding principals and market dynamics..
-Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software.
