Genesis10 is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer for a full-time, hybrid, position. This role is working with a manufacturing company in the Lisle, IL area. Responsibilities: Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs Conduct user research to uncover insights and inform design decisions Design and prototype user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions Support UX Research initiatives as required Develop user stories, personas, and storyboards Create and maintain design documentation, including wireframes, user flows, and style guides Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to support UI development Validate and test UI concepts with end users using established usability testing methods Track UX trends and look for creative ideas from analogous industries Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing Requirements: Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of digital product design experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master's degree and at least 3 years of digital product design experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR At least 8 years of digital product design experience At least 1 year of lead experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. International Motors does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status) Desired Skills Hands-on experience designing for web applications, especially dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that present data through easy-to-use and responsive interfaces Experience working with agile product teams to deliver impactful digital experiences In-depth understanding of modern design principles and user research methodologies Ability to lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to high-fidelity deliverables, including wireframes, complex user flows, and prototypes Experience in creating and maintaining design systems, pattern libraries, and reusable components Expert level proficiency in modern design and research tools like Figma, Mural, Maze, or similar Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Compensation: $126,400 - 189,600 per year W2H Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
