Description:
Reason: Special Project - PBM Benefits Modernization (SOAR)
Department: Client Benefit DCRS/FRS & Camp
This role will focus on UX modernization of the following systems supporting the SOAR initiative
Data Collection and Reporting System (DCRS) used for gathering and analyzing data related to client benefits.
Financial Reporting System (FRS) used for managing and reporting financial aspects of client benefits.
Client Account Management Program (CAMP) designed to manage and support client accounts effectively, ensuring that their benefits and services are administered properly.
Duties: Evaluating existing sites and products for usability
Working with clients and colleagues to plan and implement new UX projects
The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Carrying out research into users' needs developing personas, user stories and other resources that capture users' needs
Using specialist software to create mock-ups and prototypes
Organizing and running user testing
Making recommendations and planning changes based on user feedback
Exploring and implementing other ways to gather and incorporate users' feedback
Skills: Knowledge of Figma is mandatory.
The ability to listen to and communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including other professionals, senior colleagues and users.
