Quarterly Rewards Program: Win exciting prizes Your Role: The Marketing Coordinator will provide support across a wide range of activities within the marketing department. The Marketing Coordinator will handle time-consuming administrative tasks, campaign coordination, and other operational duties, enabling senior team members to focus on high-level strategy and creative initiatives. Responsibilities Include: Supports coordination of trade shows in which IFPC participates. These functions include: Develops master spreadsheet and presentation deck, communicates tradeshow updates, manages hotel reservations, and creates trade show expense summary. Utilizes technology to drive sales and marketing collaboration forward. Manages all promotional materials including sales slicks, banners, table covers, promotional items. Coordinates design requirements; places and manages orders; monitors inventory; verifies payment and submits receipts. Develops and implements marketing campaigns, assigned by the Marketing Director, by preparing strategies, plans, and objectives; assembling distribution list; designing digital material; analyzing and reporting campaign results; and updating calendars. Manages all social media channels. Establishes annual social media calendar. Executes posts on national events, holidays, National month of, Daily Market Report promotion, and IFPC product awareness. Monitors all activity. Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. Enhances professional expertise by engaging in educational programs and staying informed through industry publications. Achieves organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new requests. Explores opportunities to add value to the marketing department. Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications: Experience in communications, marketing, or related field. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft CE, Bynder, Hootsuite, and Constant Contact. Strong communication skills and social media fluency. Knowledge of LinkedIn. Ability to manage multi-dimensional projects, multi-task, and be a team player. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and manage uncertainty. Demonstrable experience using marketing database, email, social media, and advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a coordination or assistant capacity.
