The Marketing Coordinator at CarbonSix Construction plays a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's brand presence, promoting services, and showcasing notable projects. This position involves creating and managing diverse marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and proposals. Additionally, it includes overseeing digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media management, and email campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Align marketing tasks, timelines, and priorities with CarbonSix Construction and Carbon Builders' overarching marketing strategy. Support project pursuits by managing the creation of compelling project proposals and company presentations that adhere to brand guidelines and customer requirements. Develop and produce engaging graphic and written materials for various projects and marketing packages. Assist in developing and implementing tailored marketing plans and campaigns specifically for the construction industry. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, monitor competitor activity, and address client needs effectively. Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely milestone tracking, content capture, and distribution across multiple channels. Oversee the completion of award submissions, coordinating content from stakeholders across different disciplines. Organize and schedule photography and video services for ongoing and completed projects, creating briefs as necessary. Collaborate with the team to generate innovative content for social media and internal platforms, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. Lead efforts for jobsite events, organizing teams, creating collateral, coordinating community outreach, and managing social media content. Ensure all marketing collateral maintains a consistent, up-to-date style and appearance that aligns with company branding initiatives. Maintain and update the company website, overseeing digital campaign implementation and optimization. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Writing, or equivalent business experience required. Minimum 1 year of marketing experience preferred; experience in writing and editing is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and Canva. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong organizational abilities, multitasking capabilities, and clear communication skills in team environments. Interest in fostering team engagement and contributing to company culture; this is an in-office role. Ability to produce work that meets high standards expected by clients and CarbonSix Construction.
