AVmedia is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our company's goals. In this role, you will assist with project management, coordinate cross-functional marketing activities, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities include managing social media platforms & content calendars, overseeing the production of marketing materials, analyzing campaign performance, and maintaining consistent communication with internal teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, and possesses strong communication and collaboration skills to drive impactful marketing initiatives.Primary ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management: Manage and update the social media content calendar for relevant platforms. Work directly with VP of Marketing and Creative Services to produce and create social media content including but not limited to videos, lives, reels, shorts, and graphics. Monitor and engage regularly with audiences. Engage publicly as a thought leader.Content Coordination: Work with On-site Services and Business Development on the creation and distribution of custom marketing materials.Google Business Page Management: Create and maintain all AVmedia Google pages to ensure all data is current.Administrative Tasks: Organize and maintain marketing assets, schedules, and documentation to support team efficiency.Data Analysis: Assist VP of Marketing with collection of analytics and other measurements to prepare reports that guide decision-making and optimize future campaigns.Project Management: Maintain marketing project timelines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.Communication Support: Act as a liaison between internal teams, to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.Event Support: Coordinate logistics for marketing events, trade shows, or promotional activities, including material preparation and on-site support.Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and activities align with AVmedia's brand guidelines and company values.Be the Brand: Build upon the AVmedia Culture, Core Values and Core Purpose by being a role model at all times. Forge excellent relationships with Family members and key customers whenever possible. Requirements Expert knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik Tok and other relevant Social Media platforms.Capable of building compelling concepts that lead with great storytellingAbility to articulate the goal of a project and the strategy behind it.Experience with creating organic video and photo projects for use on social media.Ability to self-manage time & meet expected deadlines.Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere with minimal supervision.25% TravelTechnical SkillsWix and Google analyticsKnowledge of the following software - Microsoft suite - PPT - Excel - TEAMS - Word - Keynote - AdobeKnowledge of Sales Force or other CRM software a plusKnowledge of email marketing tools a plusJob Experience1+ years of relevant experience or a college degree in marketing preferred.AVmedia Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
