The Instructional Designer will work with the Global Learning and Development team as well as leaders and subject matter experts within the organization to design and develop trainings. These sessions will be developed in a blended format. This position will be responsible for engaging in the full instructional design and development cycle training our internal teams and utilizing a blended learning approach to complement our training offerings.
Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive and engaging materials for both classroom and alternative/blended learning delivery i.e.: webbased microlearning informal learning and through Degreed.
Deliver courses using adult learning principles and interactive online learning models as appropriate.
Ensure the instructional integrity of course development projects through systematic design and clear writing of scripts narratives and storyboards.
Ensure all training materials are utilizing AGS training methodology formats and approach.
Utilize Degreed platform as a method for content delivery.
Uphold instructional design and development standards for all existing and future training materials that support continued quality speed of delivery and learning reinforcement.
Partner with global team of L&D professionals and stakeholders in their remit.
Qualifications : Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and experience utilizing Articulate programs AGS operations or shared services experience a strong preference. Solid understanding of adult learning methodologies Training industry experience a plus Ability to engage an audience whether inperson or virtually Degreed experience a plus
Understanding and competence in graphics and design tools related to instructional Strong presentation skills and ability to partner with stakeholders Background in HR recruiting teaching or degree in similar or related field with 25 plus years relevant experience Bachelors in related field a plus
Additional Information : Per Pay Transparency Acts: The range for this position is $61500
$72000
