Demand Generation Marketing Manager

The Enterprise & Field Marketing organization in ServiceNow is responsible for driving revenue growth adoption and customer success across all our direct and indirect sales channels. We are a high performing Americas team looking for a highly organized goaloriented selfdirected professional to be an active player in our larger marketing team. You will interact directly with key business leaders and marketing teams across the globe to drive Brand to Demand Generation strategies across the customers lifecycle with a focus on ServiceNow Platform and AI products & solutions. You will play a key role in accelerated pipeline growth new opportunities and be accountable for revenue targets. Youll be responsible for driving the program strategy influencing and collaborating with regional field marketing teams to activate and deliver business growth. You will have a strong understanding of GTM sales strategies leveraging GTM motions on solutions industry partner marketing new customer acquisition to achieve results. Youre a savvy Americas marketing program leader who can conceptualize execute and manage insightdriven optimizations and executivelevel reporting across a diverse and matrixed organization. Crucial to your success is having a good foundation in SaaS and enterprise technology multifaceted experience in integrated marketing strategy and program development relationship management skills team collaboration adaptability and expertise in enterprise technology marketing in a fastpaced dynamic environment. Key responsibilities Act as the Americas marketing programs lead on ServiceNow Platform and AI programs collaborating closely with all GTM Sales Partner teams to gather insights develop strategies and align plans to accelerate business growth. Develop a datainformed strategy on audience segmentation and opportunity prioritization of marketing channels and tactics to conceptualize programs that will drive demand for the ServiceNow Platform and AI. Lead through influence to ensure delivery and execution at scale of demand generation programs across the Americas marketing and business teams that result in measurable growth in business goals and revenue. Set best practices in narratives engagement and highperformance campaigns. Leverage all direct and indirect channels to land new business and drive upsell crosssell marketing campaigns across customer buying centers and activate the ecosystem for new business acquisition. Develop and test new program scenarios to drive optimizations and efficiencies against investments. Prepare and input into forecasts performance reports monitoring key business metrics quality and audience insights. Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program experience and results.

Qualifications : To be successful in this role we need someone who has: 8 years of marketing experience in a B2B enterprise technology environment directly supporting sales teams in roles such as field marketing partner marketing campaign management or performance management. Experience in managing budgets and vendors to deliver effective marketing programs at scale. Experience managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent campaigns. $208700 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
