Your Career
The Senior Product Marketing Manager Unit 42 Managed Detection and Response (MDR) will lead the planning and execution of the product marketing strategy for our rapidly growing managed services business. This involves building bold sharp positioning and driving GTM programs to grow the adoption rate of MDR customers.
Youll partner with one of the industrys leading incident response threat research and managed services teams to uplevel our reputation and success as an elite cybersecurity services provider as part of one of the most innovative and fastest growing business at Palo Alto Networks.
Your Impact
Partner with our MDR team to communicate clear and powerful messages that establish Unit 42 as the leading 24x7 managed detection and response provider
Build bold sharp product marketing content including blogs reports videos and presentations focused on the Unit 42 MDR
Track the MDR market and competitive landscape in collaboration with product marketing and sales leadership
Launching campaigns & programs
creating content for digital media websites and customer presentations Leading the analyst engagements and presentations to drive awareness and get outsidein perspective Enabling sales teams to understand the value proposition and key differentiators
Creating and delivering presentations at internal sales events on how Unit 42 differentiates the portfolio across all Palo Alto Networks offerings Work closely with other Unit 42 teams to contribute annual research reports that generate awareness and thought leadership and drive conversations about the threat landscape Spearhead product launches
plan the launch of new products and releases and manage messaging positioning collateral development and drive the product launch
Qualifications : Your Experience 8 years of product marketing experience ideally with 5 years in cybersecurity required Experience with developing and leading innovative GTM programs to drive customer adoption is strongly preferred An understanding of the Threat Intelligence Incident Response and Managed Detection & Response (MDR) and a basic understanding of enterprise security SOC roles is desirable Comfortable with creating and delivering presentations in a range of environments from industry conferences to customer briefings Demonstrated record of working crossfunctionally to drive sales demand generation and overall organization and business success Bachelors degree required Technical degree or equivalent background or equivalent military experience is desirable Experience and innovative energy to champion successful market and competitive disruption initiatives

Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for nonsales roles) or base salary
commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $155000
