About the Role Pullflow is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to drive marketing campaigns and shape the future of human-AI collaboration. You will craft compelling messaging, manage go-to-market strategies, and execute campaigns that drive adoption and engagement. Working closely with product, engineering, and sales, youll translate technical features into clear value propositions and impactful content. This is a unique opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy of a cutting-edge platform transforming software development. This role will report to the CEO. Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and engagement. Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with developers and other stakeholders. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical features into clear, value-driven narratives. Partner with sales to create enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, and competitive analyses. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product strategy and messaging. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives using data-driven insights. Drive go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches. Create impactful content tailored to a developer audience, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and videos that align with broader marketing strategies. Required Skills Strong Communication : Exceptional written and verbal skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Developer Empathy : Deep understanding of how developers think, work, and make decisions. Marketing Expertise : Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including content creation, messaging, and positioning. Technical Acumen : Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into value-driven narratives for diverse audiences. Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams. Analytical Skills : Proficiency in measuring the success of campaigns and leveraging data to inform decision-making. Content Creation : Experience producing high-quality marketing materials such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and videos. Go-to-Market Strategy : Experience in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or features. Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the SaaS or developer tools ecosystem is a strong plus. Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities. Education MBA, Marketing, or Communications degree is strongly preferred. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is a plus. Relevant experience in developer tools or SaaS marketing may substitute for formal education.
