Energy Transition Program and Communications Analyst at Cadmus in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview What You'll Be Doing Cadmus seeks an Energy Transition Program and Communications Analyst to join its Program Performance and Design team. The successful candidate will be expected to conduct primary and secondary research, analyze information and data across varying formats, and help develop communications materials and strategies on behalf of Cadmus' energy clients (primarily utilities and administrators of energy efficiency programs). You will be responsible for completing project tasks, including developing and conducting surveys and interviews, analyzing research data, creating written and visual reports on the findings, drafting and reviewing content for program materials, and supporting project management activities. This role will support projects that may include evaluating existing energy efficiency and electrification programs, market research, and program marketing and communications. You should have professional experience in program evaluation, social science research methods, marketing and communications, and/or energy efficiency or sustainability. The candidate will be highly motivated to perform and learn, be able to work collaboratively as well as independently, manage assigned tasks from start to finish, and have exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills.
