Job Summary: As a Product Marketing Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and driving the success of solutions. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives. Essential Functions: Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new and existing products. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer pain points. Product Positioning, Messaging & Pricing: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks. Sales Enablement: Partner with Sales to create impactful tools and resources. Customer Insights: Gather and synthesize customer feedback. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives. Required Skills/Abilities: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field. Experience: 2-8 years in management consulting, product marketing, or related fields. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with healthcare technology is preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities:
