We're looking for a Head of Product and Partner Marketing to lead the strategic direction and execution of product marketing initiatives and partner marketing strategies and programs. This role requires a leader with strong product marketing expertise, the ability to collaborate with partners, and a proven track record in creating and executing go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
You will report to the Global Head of Marketing. This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, California.
You Will: Market Research and Business Insights:
Drive strategic business and market research & analysis to understand TAM, target markets, customer needs, and industry trends. Use insights to inform product development, positioning, and marketing strategies. Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and monitor market shifts. Product Marketing Strategy:
Define Ideal Customer Personas (ICP) for SMB, Commercial and Enterprise segments including strategic narrative, market, company, platform, product, and competitive positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Go-to-Market Execution:
Liaison cross functionally to lead go-to-market planning. Collaborate with the Brand & Content team to create compelling product collateral, videos, sales tools, and customer case studies etc. to support GTM and equip sales. Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Demand Generation teams to drive full funnel marketing towards pipeline and revenue goals. Product Launches:
Drive product launches and release marketing efforts developing a set of repeatable deliverables in partnership with other marketing leaders and cross-functionally with sales enablement. Sales Enablement:
Work with sales enablement team to develop sales strategies, materials, market knowledge, toolkits/templates across all the key segments and across the buying/sales funnel and to increase close rates, competitor win rates, decreasing sales cycle length, increasing ACV. Partner Marketing:
Develop and implement partner marketing strategies in collaboration with Partner GTM and business teams to support business growth through strategic partnerships. Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing programs, co-branded content, and go-to-market programs. Product Evangelist:
Act as one of the key spokespersons, and partner with Corporate Communications teams to keep the press and analysts informed and to evangelize a deep understanding of our industry landscape and how we differentiate and advance our category leadership. Team Leadership:
Design, build and lead a Product Marketing team. Foster a commitment to Velocity Global's values and culture. Provide mentorship, professional development, and performance feedback to team members.
You Have: 12+ years of experience in product marketing with a strong, demonstrable focus on compelling, differentiated messaging, positioning and category development at global B2B technology/SaaS companies and smaller dynamic startups. In-depth knowledge and proven track record of product marketing tactics, partner marketing, and go-to-market strategies. HR Tech domain and industry experience is a plus. Customer focused mindset and passionate about providing exceptional customer experience. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a start up environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience in global marketing or working with international teams is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Annualized Pay Range
$162,000-$229,000 USD
