Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Strategy Videographer to join our team. This role will be responsible for producing high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms while aligning with our brand’s voice and marketing strategy. You will play a key role in driving engagement, brand awareness, and growth through compelling video storytelling. This role is responsible for supporting strategy and creating Nutrum social media accounts end to end (from production to editing, publication and analysis). You will work alongside the digital sales team of Nutrum Biotech Inc.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Storytelling:

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos during events, projects, and day-to-day operations to showcase our brand's personality and initiatives.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including reels, stories, short films, and graphics, for Nutrum social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Develop compelling short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube videos, storytelling pieces, talking head videos, and documentary-style features).
  • Post 2-3 pieces of content (reels and graphics) daily for Nutrum social media account (may scale up with platform and strategy needs)
  • Incorporate strong storytelling techniques to ensure videos captivate audiences and ultimately convert traffic into sales orders for Nutrum products.

Content Planning & Strategy:

  • Script content ideas and provide clear direction on where, when, and how content will be created, including sourcing locations, planning scenes, and organizing shoot logistics.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing thumbnails, titles, and descriptions to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Social Media Optimization:
  • Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and increase audience growth.
  • Leverage trending topics and audio to create viral, shareable content while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve results.

Requirements:

  • Social Media Video - From idea to though on camera and editing, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.
  • Marketing / Content / Graphic Design - It all flows together, being able to create marketing requires more than just video ability, it requires an ability in graphic design, marketing channel knowledge and content writing.
  • Expertise in short-form storytelling and creating content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, editing native in-app, and Capcut) and image/graphic editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
  • Understanding of social media algorithms and strategies to maximize engagement and audience growth.
  • Ability to generate creative ideas, script content, and execute with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines consistently
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

•            social media and video editing: 2 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000-$60,000 per year + bonus

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives
