- Must have experience as Workfront Admin for 4 to 7 years
- Experience in Workfront implementation in marketing domain would be good to have
- Workfront admin certification is must have or should be ready to complete the certification in next 30 days.
Role Description:
- Consult with customers to identify needs, define solution requirements, develop business processes, and craft the roadmap. Prioritize and manage the backlog of work; participate in one or more scrum teams to define goals, set priorities, and help manage delivery. Partner with technical team and customer partners to coordinate the development, testing, implementation, and roll-out of new capabilities.
- Stay abreast of customer success on the workflows and provide consulting and/or configuration required to provide expected value.
- Ensure solution adherence to global standards and compliance with established Workfront platform governance.
- Review upcoming product release functionality and determine where it can be incorporated to mature current processes.
- Be the voice of the customer, advocating on behalf of the organization within the larger Enterprise Workfront administrative framework.
- Work with cross-functional partners to drive consensus across teams and advocate solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals.
- Partner with global teams to collaborate on common processes, where applicable.
- Develop key performance metrics and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor project and operational health.
