Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize online sales channels and enhance user experience.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Prepare budgets for marketing projects and track expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Write compelling copy for various marketing materials, including newsletters, blog posts, and promotional content.
• Support the team in organizing events, webinars, or promotional activities.
• Contact customers and follow up on needed documentation etc. 
• Assist in general office management duties.

Experience

• Proven experience in a marketing role or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO/SEM strategies.
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus for managing website content updates.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively.
• Experience in performance marketing and budgeting is highly desirable.
• Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail in written communication.
• Proficiency in using Google tools for analytics and reporting purposes.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in marketing or PR. skills.
