Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote mortgage products and services to current and prospective customers.
  • Research and analyze market trends and customer needs to refine marketing approaches.
  • Partner with sales managers and leadership team to identify marketing and advertising opportunities.
  • Oversee content creation, including webinars, podcasts, social media, emails, program flyers, and other materials.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, print, etc.).
  • Manage administration, support, and execution of email campaigns via Pardot.
  • Track and analyze multi-channel campaign performance.
  • Monitor, review and measure ROI to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Manage the third-party vendor relationships for the marketing department.
