Job DescriptionGL Homes, one of South Florida's premier homebuilders, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator. This role involves planning and executing marketing events, collaborating with the design team on community signage, and managing promotional materials inventory and distribution, among other responsibilities.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee marketing events from concept to completion, including vendor selection, budget management, logistics, and ensuring alignment with company branding and strategy.Work with vendors to coordinate the installation and maintenance of community signage.Maintain inventory and distribute promotional items to sales offices as needed.Revise, edit, and proofread content as directed by management.Travel to new home communities on an as-needed basis.Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.Experience and SkillsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree required in marketing or a related field.Experience of minimum 2 years in a related role.Residential Sales Knowledge: A plus.Skills and Abilities:Deadline Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines.Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Multi-tasking: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to Detail: Strong focus on detail.Travel: Willingness to travel statewide as needed.Flexibility: Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events like Grand Openings.
