Role Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive our diverse marketing strategies and digital initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with BOTINKIT's sales teams, videographers, chefs, and clients, while managing relationships with external marketing agencies to amplify our digital presence and market influence.

As a critical member of our rapidly expanding team, you'll fulfill various roles and responsibilities, including conducting insightful market research to pinpoint key customer segments, developing data-driven strategies for engaging partners and distributors, creating compelling content, and driving product growth and market reach. You'll also take the lead in managing events and digital campaigns, collaborating with our Sales team to enhance lead generation and evaluate campaign success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Videography teams to articulate and share the impactful story of BOTINKIT.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for industry tradeshows and special events, including identifying upcoming shows, monitoring deadlines, and overseeing expenditure.
  • Work alongside the Business Development and Videography teams to craft engaging content that showcases customer success stories.
  • Manage and analyze various online and offline marketing campaigns, summarizing findings into actionable insights and key performance indicators.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, engineering, or a business-related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/B2C marketing or product management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Background in the food & beverage or restaurant equipment sector.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong writing abilities across a variety of content types, including brochures, presentations, websites, advertisements, and emails.
  • Ability to produce professional and polished outputs.
  • Comfortable collaborating with and providing direction to business leaders.
  • Strong analytical and strategic outlook.
  • Self-motivated with a high sense of accountability.
