Let's talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Logistics & Administrative:
- Conga contracting, invoice submissions, budget reconciliation, Consultant Request Forms, Business Needs Assessments, Egnyte organization, manage patient database, coordination of ECP / Patient events at congresses.
- Project management:
- Coordinate and facilitate cross functional (e.g. MLR) and all agency meetings to ensure strategic alignment and project plans are clearly defined.
- Drive the coordination and pull through of print material production and promotional material inventory management.
- Coordinate Field Advisory Board meetings, agendas, recaps.
- Coordinate sales force shipments.
- QC promotional materials/resources in late-stage rounds to ensure MLR feedback is pulled through and processed.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or other relevant field with 1-3 years of related experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize based on business needs
- Comfortable and clear communication style
- Willingness to dig into details
- The position will be based in our beautiful Irvine office, complete with a courtyard, snacks, drinks, and occasional catered meals. We provide a hybrid work environment.

- Some travel may be required - up to 25%.
