POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, the Paid Digital Media Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in The Bank’s Strategic initiatives. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Craft and implement audience-optimized paid media campaigns using an integrated approach across diverse platforms, including paid social, search, display, programmatic, and CTV.
  • Contribute to digital campaign strategy that elevates business initiatives in a cohesive manner.
  • Collaborate on the development of overarching marketing strategies that not only meet business objectives but also enhance bottom-line impact.
  • Participate in strategic discussions with diverse clientele and internal teams around ad performance and market insights.
  • Interpretation of KPIs essential for creating insightful campaign reports and presentations that articulate strategic effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Aid in the creation, review, and refinement of various content types.
  • Conduct market research to bolster campaign creation and content development.

RESEARCH, ANALYSIS & TECHNICAL:

  • Broaden your expertise in paid media and data analytics to explore innovative strategies that can expand the bank's opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Content Specialist to support initiatives and advance overarching goals.
  • Conduct thorough campaign audits, analyze ad performance, perform competitive analysis, and identify new opportunities beyond current strategies.
  • Deepen audience development insights to maximize brand and industry impact through strategic digital advertising leverage.
  • Provide analytical support with data-driven reports and campaign KPIs tailored to specific business line objectives.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop insightful data reports with actionable insights, synthesizing information from diverse data sources.
  • Enhance your analytics skills, learning new strategies for effective data management and reporting from platforms like Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager.

Basic Knowledge & Training Required For Maximum Proficiency:

  • Competence in marketing fundamentals, business objectives, and KPIs, with enthusiasm for understanding user behavior.
  • Ability to deliver and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while successfully multi-tasking and handling tight deadlines is a must.
  • Experience in ad platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, StackAdapt, or others.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing successful online advertising campaigns.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and general-to-focused proficiency with related technology applications: Google, Microsoft, and Adobe Creative Suite products.
  • Automated email platform proficiency and experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio and Zoho is advantageous.
  • Strong writing skills and a track record of content generation a plus.
  • Training in digital marketing discipline preferred. Traditional marketing, communications and content building also suitable.

Experience Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business Marketing, or a related discipline.

Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds required.
