About the Apprenticeship:
The Aon Apprenticeship Program was designed to create a new pathway for individuals interested in gaining valuable on-the-job experience and training to establish a long-term career at Aon, while pursuing their associate degree. A two-year program balances on-the-job learning at Aon with in-school classroom learning at an accredited partner college.
This is an in-person, office-based role, and will attend classes at Community College. Aon covers the cost of your tuition at the Community College AND pays you a salary of $44,000 per year ($21.15 per hour). Your classes will be pre-selected by Aon as you work towards your associate degree. This program begins at Aon on August 1st, 2024.

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
What is Required & Expected?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 by June 2025
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Being deemed program-ready and accepted into a Community College's AAS Business Management program (Candidates will apply to the college, and they may have to submit transcripts and/or take an entrance exam for admission - it is ok if they already have or are pursuing a different Associate's degree - they can still get a Liberal Arts degree. They CAN NOT have a Bachelor's degree of course)
- Apprentices are expected to maintain passing grades (C or higher).
