Shiloh & Bros is a successful YouTube channel based in Tennessee with 8.56 million subscribers and over four billion views. The channel follows Shiloh and her four brothers in a world of video games. It is an incredibly fun and consistent feel-good adventure for all ages that truly highlights the bond between family and friends.
We are currently looking for an Entry Level Staff Writer to join our team of writers for both the Shiloh & Bros channel and the affiliated Nelson Boys channel. Although the company is based in Tennessee, we are fully open to remote work. This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the applicant's availability.
Job Summary
The Entry Level Staff Writer will be a core member of the writers' room. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Drafting scripts in standard screenplay format
- Implementing revisions within scripts
- Generating ideas in a writers' room
- Taking notes within writing room discussions
Requirements
- High school diploma
- A working knowledge of Final Draft
- Access to their own computer setup (if remote)
- Excellent writing skills (grammar, spelling, etc.)
- Idiomatic fluency in English
- Experience in creative writing
- Fierce attention to detail
