What You'll Do:
- Develop holistic paid media strategies across programmatic, social, search, and emerging channels, ensuring alignment with clients' business objectives.
- Partner with ad operations to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and optimized across social, search & programmatic.
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for client accounts, collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated campaign solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates, continuously identifying new opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Balance big-picture strategy with hands-on oversight of campaign execution
- Oversee media planning, buying, and optimization across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, The Trade Desk, and others.
- Manage high-value budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver on client KPIs.
- Develop and lead A/B tests for creative, audience, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance
- Troubleshoot complex campaign issues and provide actionable solutions.
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and providing actionable recommendations.
- Present strategies and performance updates in a clear, approachable manner, building trust and long-term partnerships.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client campaigns and deliver measurable business impact.
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising (emphasis on e-commerce) with hands-on expertise in social media, SEM, and programmatic channels.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and DSP.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or third-party platforms like TripleWhale, Measured, Tap Clicks.
- Experience managing cross-channel media budgets and aligning them with strategic objectives.
- Skilled in creating personas and implementing audience segmentation tailored to the unique requirements of each paid platform.
- Exceptional client-facing communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for a range of stakeholders and anticipating needs.
- Effective communicator with ability to work collaboratively across departments, balancing the needs of analytics, ad ops, and creative.
- Competitive salary: $88,000 - $110,000 and is bonus eligible, allowing you to earn performance-based bonuses as a reward for achieving individual and team goals

- 1st Round: 30-minute interview with the Recruiter, followed by an aptitude assessment within 24-48 hrs
- 2nd Round: 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager
- 3rd Round: 2 hours of interviews with the Hiring Team, onsite unless the candidate is remote
