Our client, a leader in the Banking and Financial Services industry, is seeking a UX Designer to join their team. As a UX Designer, you will be part of the Design & Research department supporting the Product Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Design a wide range of user experiences, from major application redesigns to smaller, routine updates such as email templates.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a changing environment with shifting priorities.
Balance high-level, strategic design work with more routine, detailed updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
What's Needed?
3-5 years of UX Design experience.
High-quality, modern portfolio demonstrating design expertise and process.
Strong understanding of design theory and thinking.
Proficiency in Figma.
Experience in startup or small-to-medium size company environments is a plus.
