We are seeking a talented Mid-Level to Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating visually impactful designs across digital platforms such as email, websites, and social media, while also handling print and out-of-home (OOH) creative projects. The ability to bring concepts to life through motion graphics and video is a significant plus. The ideal candidate combines creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of graphic design principles and trends to deliver compelling visuals across all mediums.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Graphic Design: Develop visually engaging assets for email campaigns, websites, and social media platforms.
- Print Design: Create high-quality print materials, including brochures, flyers, and other collateral.
- Out-of-Home (OOH) Graphic Design: Design compelling visuals for billboards, signage, and other large-format media.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative work aligns with brand identity and graphic design guidelines across digital, print, and OOH channels.
- Motion Graphics/Video: Produce motion graphics and video assets for marketing campaigns (preferred but not required).
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date on the latest graphic design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate creative output.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality work.

Qualifications

- Experience: 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and OOH work.
- Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required; experience with motion graphics and video tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of graphic design principles for both digital and print mediums, including file preparation for large-scale printing.
