We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy, motivated new team member who is willing to work hard, learn and always put the customer first!

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the Service Manager with interacting with customers & team mates in a friendly & helpful manner in order to create a comfortable relationship with the customer.
2. Effectively scheduling service appointments.
3. Assist associates in ordering and organizing work within company policies and guidelines.
4. Ensure a safe and clean store environment, positive, long term customer relations and associate satisfaction.
5. Complete additional projects as assigned by the service manager.

Job Requirements:

1. A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
2. 1 to 2 years automotive industry experience preferred.
3. High school diploma or its equivalency.
4. Knowledge of the automotive industry (preferred).
5. A professional personal appearance.
6. Oral and written communication skills; and an ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
7. Basic computer skills.
8. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
