Compensation Range: $88 - 93 per hour

We’re looking for a Creative Director to lead and define the creative vision for our health and wellness, mobile app, and hardlines campaigns, aligning with brand and seasonal strategies. You’ll manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, driving excellence while building an award-winning in-house agency model. Collaborating with senior leadership and key stakeholders, you will create inspiring, strategic campaigns that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in creative direction, team management, and project oversight, ensuring brand consistency, timely delivery, and a deep understanding of trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    Define and drive the creative vision for health and wellness, mobile app, and hardlines campaigns, aligning with overall brand and seasonal strategies.
  2. Team Management:
    Lead, build, and coach a multidisciplinary creative team, providing guidance and feedback to foster excellence.
    Mentor and grow the team with optimism, striving for an award-winning in-house agency model.
    Conduct performance evaluations to enhance team skills in conceptual thinking, ideation, presentation, strategic alignment, public speaking, and critical thinking.
    Identify and recruit competitive talent to expand the team.
    Work closely with senior leadership, marketing strategy, insights & planning, production, and key stakeholders to develop inspiring and effective campaigns.
    Optimize team workflows for efficiency and speed.
    Ensure projects are on-brief, strategic, and creative, managing feedback and keeping workstreams on track.
    Partner with Creative Account Management, Operations, and Production to manage timelines and budgets, delivering creative solutions on schedule.
    Build strong relationships with Marketing and peer teams to enhance expertise and drive business growth.
  3. Enterprise Brand Cohesion:
    Ensure all creative outputs are aligned across various funnel levels, maintaining consistent brand messaging.
    Strengthen brand attribution and recall across all channels and touchpoints.
  4. Project Oversight:
    Manage campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
    Lead ideation of engaging, strategic concepts, creating persuasive decks for key stakeholders.
    Oversee pre-production, casting, on-set execution, and post-production processes, ensuring high-quality final asset delivery.
    Employ critical thinking to stay on task, providing clear, actionable feedback to teams.
  5. Trend Awareness:
    Stay updated on industry trends, culture, and emerging design technologies, integrating relevant trends into brand concepts.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in advertising or retail, with healthcare-related advertising experience as a plus.
  2. Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to inspire and lead creative teams.
  3. Excellent understanding of life stage and health & wellbeing consumer behavior in retail.
  4. 12+ years of experience in conceptual campaign advertising with a successful track record in leadership and project management.
  5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, Slack, and Figma.
  6. Experience in fast-paced, high-stakes environments managing brand design in-house or at an agency.
  7. Bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, advertising, brand strategy, or related field.
