As Product Marketing Manager, you will have demonstrated experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders to develop product go-to-market strategies across business tools and distinct audience segments. The Product Marketing Manager will also thrive as a product marketing leader within cross-functional teams, exhibit proven analytical and communication skills, experience to navigate ambiguity, and have a track record of influencing stakeholders across organizations and managing highly complex, fast-paced projects.Product Marketing Manager, Medium Business ResponsibilitiesPartner with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales and product marketing teams to set outbound product priorities, develop effective and compelling marketing plans, and global enablement for specific audience cohortsSynthesize and analyze market feedback and audience insights to align product development on high priority business opportunities Enable sales and partner channels with product expertise, education and activation to unlock opportunitiesDevelop cross-functional partnerships across Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing and other key teams, and expertly prioritize to efficiently deploy our finite go-to-market capacitySolve global challenges with scaled solutionsEffectively and regularly communicate with leaders within the Product Marketing and Sales organizationsDevelop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including sales and partner materials, in collaboration with cross-functional partnersMinimum QualificationsBA or BS degree with 6+ years professional experience in product marketing, advertising, digital marketing industry or strategy consultingExperience working with product marketing and sales channels to drive successful product growthExperience contributing at strategic and tactical levels as well as coaching a team / cross-functional stakeholders to remove barriersTrack record of using data insights to solve complex problems and influence stakeholders, including cross-functional leaders, in a highly-matrixed organizationCommunication and presentation skillsExperience illustrating high accountability in a dynamic, rapidly changing, ambiguous environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with Meta's product suite, global go to market experience, and experience understanding of industry nuances and needsFor those who live in or expect to work from California if hired for this position, please click here for additional information.
