We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer with over 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively on all phases of design. Strong design, technical, and communication skills, both visually and verbally, are essential. Proficiency in SketchUp and Revit is required, along with experience in Corporate Interior projects.
Responsibilities
Work on all phases of design for Corporate Interior projects.
Collaborate with team members and independently manage project tasks.
Create detailed construction documents using Revit and other design software.
Interact with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
Provide innovative and creative design solutions.
Attend site meetings as required.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in SketchUp and Revit.
Strong design and technical skills.
Effective communication skills, both visually and verbally.
Experience with Corporate Interior projects.
Ability to create detailed construction documents.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with AutoCAD.
Strong client interaction skills.
Detail-oriented approach to design and project management.
Work Environment
Our office is located in the Seaport district and features a modern, collaborative space. The team provides expert, innovative, and creative oversight to all phases of design and construction. We offer a very flexible schedule, allowing contractors to work from home a few days a week, with attendance required at site meetings if applicable. There is a professional development reimbursement program for job-related classes, seminars, and educational books. This position offers opportunities for growth into roles such as Senior Designer, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $48.00
