Position Summary
Riverstone Logistics is seeking a creative and versatile Media Production Manager to produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, livestreams and other written materials, to support our brand's online presence and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in video production, editing, and shooting, as well as a strong sense of storytelling and broader digital content creation skills. This candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead a creative team to deliver high quality content that aligns with Riverstone’s objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Project Management: Overseeing all stages of media production, including pre-production, production, and post-production including timelines, budgets and external resources
- Manage creative resources including people and equipment while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Ensure all media content adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, quality standards and project specifications
- Develop and produce digital content, including videos, blog posts, and graphics, livestream, podcast production
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social media, websites, and other platforms
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop content strategies
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Stay updated on industry trends and new digital content tools
- Working with depts within Riverstone to generate ideas to help story tell
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Proven experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio of video and multimedia projects
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects)
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- 5+ years of experience in media production, with management experience
- Strong understanding of production workflows, equipment, and digital platforms
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- This role may require occasional travel to production sites and flexible hours
