Field Marketing Representative
Position Summary
The Marketing Representatives goal is to increase the number of new patients to their assigned office(s). As a Marketing Representative at West Coast Dental, you will collaborate with talented professionals to participate in and host patient outreach events in local communities. Excellent customer service and effective communication skills are required. The ideal candidate is friendly, energetic, customer-service driven, and positively motivated to help bring dental awareness to the community. Work Schedule
The Marketer will be notified of the work schedule on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. The Marketer’s schedule is subject to change (daily/weekly hours may increase or decrease) according to the needs of the business. Evening and weekend hours may be required. This position is paid on an hourly basis.
Position Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Bilingual: English & Spanish required (if the geographic location of the office does not require the applicant to be bilingual, applicants who only speak English may be considered)
- Prior marketing experience in the medical/dental industry preferred
- Means to travel from one office to another, required as necessary

Responsibilities
- Obtain list of local businesses
- Establish relationships with all business within a pre-set area
- Hold events to draw in referral patients to the assigned office
- manage time to maximize event planning
- Follow up with referred patients
- Distribute marketing materials to promote assigned office
- Identify primary contact for each business
- Refer a minimum of 50 patients per month for the assigned office
- Use all necessary reports
Attend all required meetings
Independent Action
Under the general supervision of the Director of Marketing, regular duties performed by the Marketer may require frequent independent judgment.
