About the Role The Senior Demand Generation Strategist will take full ownership of the demand generation funnel, driving the growth of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in the middle market segment. In this role, youll create and execute multi-channel campaigns, leverage data to optimize performance, and ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales. As an individual contributor in a small, fast-paced startup (fewer than 20 people), youll have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact. Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and execute scalable demand generation strategies that align with business goals, focusing on ROI and KPI metrics. Multi-Channel Campaigns: Manage campaigns across digital marketing channels, including paid media, social media, email, content marketing , events , and SEO to grow ARR . Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Create and execute targeted campaigns to engage and convert high-value accounts. Sales Enablement: Partner with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff, provide key insights on campaign performance, and optimize lead nurturing efforts. Event Marketing: Plan and execute virtual and in-person events that contribute to lead generation and brand awareness. Content Collaboration: Work with content teams to develop assets that support demand generation , including whitepapers, case studies, and videos. Analytics & Optimization: Use tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or HubSpot to measure campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates . Marketing Automation: Leverage platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to build workflows, automate campaigns, and personalize lead engagement. Pipeline Growth: Develop strategies to fill the funnel and drive measurable increases in MQLs and SQLs while ensuring pipeline health. Technology Stack Management: Optimize and manage the marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across FinTech, Construction, and Software industries to align on messaging, growth initiatives, and sales enablement . Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 6 years of experience in demand generation , digital marketing , or growth marketing roles, preferably in SaaS or FinTech industries. Proven success in driving ARR , ROI , and pipeline growth . Experience in event marketing , lead scoring , and conversion optimization . Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics. Knowledge of paid media, SEO, and email marketing strategies. Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in FinTech , SaaS , or Construction Tech industries. Proven track record of aligning marketing efforts with business goals in startups or high-growth environments.
