Position Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to build and engage the base of drivers charging on the EVgo network. You’ll design and execute innovative campaigns to attract new drivers, engage existing accounts and drive the adoption of premium features including subscriptions and Autocharge+. You are a data-driven growth professional with mobile marketing expertise, and a passion for accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles. This is a high-impact role charged with unlocking significant growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Design and deploy performance marketing campaigns that build and engage the base of drivers charging on the EVgo network. Drive product adoption including subscriptions and Autocharge+. Use data-driven insights to track, analyze and continuously improve key performance indicators. Use data analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Conduct A/B testing to optimize customer communications across email, push, in-app notifications, social and SMS for engagement and conversion. Build and maintain a testing roadmap to drive continuous improvements in performance. Enhance customer loyalty by optimizing and enhancing each stage of the customer journey. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, engineering, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing campaigns. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience. 4+ years minimum experience in performance marketing, mobile app growth experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of mobile app marketing strategies, channels, and best practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance, identify improvements and optimize. Experience with marketing automation platforms. Direct experience with Braze or Iterable preferred. Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase etc). Proven track record in managing and optimizing campaigns through data-driven insights. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional team player. The estimated salary range for this position is $135,000 USD to $155,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer discretionary target cash bonuses, restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, unbounded paid time off including parental leave, and a 401(k).
