Key Responsibilities Marketing Automation Act as the primary HubSpot expert on the team, managing client accounts and configurations. Create and optimize workflows, email marketing campaigns, landing pages, forms, and nurture sequences to drive engagement. Design and implement lead scoring systems and nurturing strategies to convert leads effectively. Use HubSpot’s analytics tools to monitor performance, generate insights, and recommend optimizations. Collaborate with client sales teams to ensure seamless CRM and marketing integration, enhancing lead handoff and follow-up processes. Digital Advertising Work hands-on with all digital advertising platforms, including Facebook/Instagram (Meta Business Platform), LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Microsoft, TikTok, and more. Set up, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns. Manage a wide range of campaign budgets for various clients. Analyze data and trends to optimize campaigns to ensure exceptional results, meeting/exceeding goals. SEO Management Conduct search engine optimization audits and provide insights on best practices. Lead management and project execution for SEO, including onsite and offsite optimization. Support client website functions within client CMS for digital marketing. Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities. Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success. Performance Measurement Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI). Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data. Plan, execute, and measure strategies and conversion opportunities. Collaboration and Leadership Collaborate with internal teams to produce deliverables shared with clients. Provide thought leadership and perspective, acting as an expert on the subject matter when needed. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing. Research and identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the industry. Project Management Ensure projects are completed with quality and on time. Help lead management and project execution for SEO. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on use of HubSpot. Proven track record of managing HubSpot tools, including email marketing, workflows, landing pages, and analytics. Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads. Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to campaign performance. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in project management and the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively. Skills HubSpot Expertise: Advanced knowledge of marketing automation, lead scoring, CRM integration, and campaign optimization. Digital Marketing: Proficient in managing paid campaigns and SEO. Data-Driven Analysis: Ability to interpret analytics and drive performance improvements. Collaborative Mindset: Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
