Audiovisual Support Technician needed in Tewksbury and Andover, Massachusetts for Raytheon Technologies
Audiovisual Support Technician Client: Raytheon Technologies Tewksbury and Andover, Massachusetts 6 to 8 month long contract with possibility for an extension Must be a US Citizen (No GCH)
Pay Rate: $34 to $44 per hour (w2 non-benefited)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Audiovisual Support Technician. This role is essential for the successful execution of audiovisual projects ranging from installations, to upgrades and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure all audiovisual installations and setups meet Raytheon standards, industry standards, and program specifications. Conduct through testing and quality checks before project completion. Address any deficiencies promptly to maintain high-quality standards. Maintain regular communication with clients and partners. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering services and solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Receive client feedback and pass up for implementation into service offerings.
Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of audiovisual systems, equipment, and technologies. Provide technical guidance and support to program teams. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during installations or upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration and conference spaces. Knowledge of AV Equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems. Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix technical issues quickly. Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, QSC, & Poly Audiovisual equipment.
