Computer Aided Design Technician

Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in Clearwater that is looking for a CAD Technician to join their team. General Responsibilities: Responsible for the production of Civil related plans and drawings Responsible for accurate calculations in support development plan related drawings. Perform research of zoning, legal and land record data Conform in all respects with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, ordinances and other orders and to all company policies, procedures and directives from supervisors. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management. Must be available to travel and work overtime occasionally.

Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ recent experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Experience researching and interpreting land development codes. Works well within a team environment Works well under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills Must be able to work independently or in a team setting Ability to adapt to changing software/hardware platforms
