Lash Artist Job Description

Responsibilities include:
Learning and following all Deka Lash protocols and procedures in eyelash
extension
Following Deka Lash Training to become certified in all services
Staying up-to-date on eyelash extension theory and sanitation
Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings
Conducting thorough consultations with clients
Building client relationships and your book
Educating clients on how to care for their extensions at home
Selling products to ensure lash retention
Converting clients to members
Educating clients on all Deka Lash services
Utilizing the Point of Sale System in-studio
Providing clients with a great customer experience
Following all sanitation protocols and standards
Ensuring the studio is kept clean and neat at all times
Attend all monthly meeting whether in person or by phone
Performing additional duties as required

Requirements:

Exhibits Deka Lash Core Values: Passion, Accountability and Work Ethic
A Cosmetology or Esthetician license
Passionate about the beauty industry
Outgoing personality and able to work with others
Professional demeanor, neat and clean appearance
Strong work ethic
Previous experience accepted but no experience required
