Job Summary
Window Covering Sales Consultant Growing company is seeking a high performer to join our team. Budget Blinds of Flower Mound & Grapevine is seeking a qualified, window coverings sales consultant for a full-time position (40+ hours a week).
Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for a sales consultant who can:
Sell and explain different product lines of window coverings. Understand and explain window
covering features and benefits.
Accurately measure and explain mounting of products.
Efficiently communicate product expectations with customers and follow through the sales
process.
Ability to understand and use computer programs for quoting and e-mailing customers.
Someone who is on time, very organized and detailed oriented.
Qualifications and Skills Sales Consultant Skills, Abilities, and/or Experience that make a successful candidate:
Prior sales experience and understanding of the sales process is a plus.
Self-directed and able to work independently and work as a valuable team player.
Friendly, courteous, pleasant with all types of people.
Ability to learn and handle new technology as introduced to the window covering industry.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Above average telephone, written and verbal communication skills are critical.
Current and valid driver's license. Punctual and dependable. Ability to pass a background
check.
Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and can climb up and down ladders.
High school diploma or equivalent completed education level.
