About the Position:
As a Market Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and maintaining the company's branding, marketing strategies, and public relations while supporting property managers to maximize operational success. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to grow into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a strong online presence for the company.
  • Monitor reviews and communications to address and mitigate negative sentiment.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies with property managers to maximize net operating income.
  • Coordinate photography needs for assets and other company requirements.
  • Order and distribute branded merchandise and marketing collateral.
  • Develop and maintain the company's branding and image.
  • Create and manage an annual marketing budget, ensuring compliance.
  • Oversee website domain adaptations during asset sales or acquisitions.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of assets and personnel.
  • Identify business collaboration opportunities.
  • Proactively address marketing challenges and implement solutions.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and lead conversions to optimize strategies.
  • Develop public relations plans and manage official statements.
  • Integrate technology into marketing planning for operational efficiency.
  • Process marketing-related invoices promptly.
  • Manage vendor contracts and ensure maximum product efficiency.
  • Provide timely notice for contract terminations.
  • Audit content regularly to ensure accuracy and updates.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and professionalism at all times.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or upper management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the multifamily housing or property management industry.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with various technology platforms.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or managerial role within the multifamily industry is highly preferred.
