Director of Omnichannel Sales and TV Channels
Location: Howell, NJ - In-Person Preferred
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Onsite Preferred (Remote optional)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee our omnichannel sales strategy, including TV shopping channels and direct-to-consumer platforms. This position is instrumental in driving revenue growth, launching innovative sales strategies, and maximizing product exposure across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Omnichannel Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for online marketplaces (e.g., Walmart) and direct-to-consumer platforms.
  • Drive successful product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies to optimize channel performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and product development teams for seamless operations.
TV Shopping Channel Management:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for TV shopping channel partners, managing contracts and fostering relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within the TV shopping market to expand reach.
  • Monitor performance metrics and recommend adjustments for enhanced sales outcomes.
Inventory Management & Liquidation:
  • Strategize the liquidation of slow-moving and discontinued inventory through creative campaigns like bundle deals and flash sales.
  • Partner with marketing and logistics teams to optimize clearance efforts.
  • Develop innovative approaches for inventory turnover and sales growth.
Future Growth & Expansion:
  • Based on performance, expand responsibilities to include managing operations in Canada and Mexico.
  • Develop region-specific strategies, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in omnichannel sales and TV shopping platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sales channels and meet growth targets.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and performance analysis (P&L ownership).
  • Experience in international sales markets (Canada & Mexico) is a plus.

Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years in sales strategy and operations.
  • Experience managing online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Familiarity with TV shopping channels and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to innovate and strategize liquidation efforts effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
