We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo), an extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

• Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.
• Work alongside our global team of 75 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
• Receive equity in Launch Legends (Autheo and WFO) and tokens (salary compensation after successful Public Token Sale, anticipated January 2024).

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equity and token-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes compensation after the successful public token sale anticipated in January, where we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.

About the Organization

Launch Legends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:

1. Autheo: Our Layer-1 blockchain with an integrated disruptive social platform for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.
2. WFO: Extreme Sports Affinity Network 'Built on Autheo' to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth.
3. Autheo Blockchain Devnet (THEO token) went live November 11, 2024. Incentivized testnet, together with Node Sale and Mainnet Launch scheduled for December with Public Token Sale in late December or January.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry, projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and the extreme sports market, an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active participants worldwide.

Web3 Community Manager

Location: Remote

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Community Manager to cultivate and grow vibrant, engaged communities across Telegram and Discord with future expansion to more platforms (Reddit, Autheo Social, etc.). You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our community experience, creating meaningful connections, and fostering a loyal user base while amplifying our brand presence in the Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Management, Engagement & Growth:

• Be the primary point of contact for our communities on Telegram and Discord.
• Actively engage in conversations, respond to questions, and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Implement bots, automate workflows, and monitor key community metrics to ensure growth and engagement.
• Build and implement strategies to grow and energize the community, including onboarding new members and engaging with existing ones.
• Collaborate on ambassador programs, driving participation and fostering a sense of belonging among community members.
• Monitor trends, memes, and user sentiment to keep the community engaged and aligned with current interests.

Content & Campaigns:

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and ecosystems teams to share timely updates, announcements, and engaging content.
• Host regular events such as AMAs, community calls, contests, and other interactive activities to maintain enthusiasm and loyalty.
• Facilitate educational campaigns to help community members understand Web3 concepts and Autheo’s offerings.

Moderation & Management:

• Monitor and moderate Telegram, Discord, and future platforms to maintain safe, respectful, and engaging spaces.
• Lead a team of moderators, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to community guidelines.
• Manage support tickets and community inquiries.
• Create and maintain moderation protocols.
• Train and oversee community moderators.

Talent Scouting & Community Leadership:

• Identify and engage with notable community members who emerge as leaders, are highly active, or possess large followings.
• Foster relationships with these individuals, exploring ways to integrate them into ambassador or advocacy programs.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track and report key community metrics, including growth, engagement, and sentiment along with the digital analyst.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve community initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and share community feedback with internal teams to inform product and marketing decisions.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• 3+ years of community management experience in Web3/crypto.
• Proven track record managing Discord and Telegram communities.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of moderators effectively. Previous experience leading moderator teams will be prioritized.
• A strong understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills with a talent for engaging, creative, and approachable messaging.

• Experience planning and executing online events, contests, or community activations.
• Familiarity with community and quest tools like Galxe, Guild, Zealy, or similar platforms.
• Experience with community analytics tools.
• Ability to work in different time zones.

• Hands-on experience running quest campaigns or community-driven programs.
• Experience contributing to ambassador or advocate programs.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, DeFi, and NFTs.
• Previous Web3 project launch experience.
• A passion for Web3 culture and a knack for spotting trends before they go viral.
• Experience managing a multi-platform community strategy.
• Multi-language capabilities.
