Key Responsibilities

Production and Execution:
Organizes and project plans deadlines proactively with structured time management. You are no stranger to “eating the frog,” and find organization and project management to be calming.

  • Key Traits: You are task-driven, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. Most importantly, you are a true planner and can expect the unexpected!

Content Creation:
Produces high-quality graphic design and copy writing for various platforms, including the company intranet, executive updates, organizational initiatives, and promotional materials.

  • Key Traits: You have a keen eye for safeguarding the brand and overall employee communications. You understand your work reaches the desks of top executives, mostly the CEO, and lives in the heart of our workforce. You can balance expertise with delicacy.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Works closely with internal teams and executives to develop and present multiple deliverables within designated timeframe.

  • Key Traits: You have strong interpersonal skills and can establish trust by communicating scope clearly and understanding expectations. You are an active listener and treat internal departments with priority and precision.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and project management (3-5 years preferred).
  • Stewards relationships with care and thoughtfulness, providing unwavering references that can attest to this.
  • Exceptional writing, design, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and proofs / fact-checks meticulously.
  • A positive, can-do attitude; strong people skills/emotional intelligence; excellent analytical skills; willingness to roll up your sleeves and chip in to help the team.

Nice to Have:

  • Video editing and animation experience.
  • Comfort utilizing and producing within web content management systems.
  • Video and photo-capturing skills. You bring out the best in people behind the lens!
