The opportunity:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented PR Account Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career in public relations who is eager to dive into content creation, media outreach, and campaign coordination. The role offers hands-on experience across various facets of public relations and media engagement, providing a chance to make a meaningful impact. What You’ll Do:

  • Draft content for the press center, website, and news articles

  • Upload releases and news to the pages

  • Develop content calendar in line with the latest trends in the market

  • Monitor local and global relevant news to ensure we are abreast of going-ons in the market and propose topics in line with it

  • Prepare logistics for press trips

  • Prepare campaign reports and co-marketing briefings

  • Support with outreach in emerging markets by researching relevant media outlets and contacts

  • Support with updating campaign and project tracker including events, speaking engagements among others

  • Identify venues for Wego events and secure site visit and proposals whenever needed

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing preferred

  • Arabic language is a must

  • 1-3 years of experience in agency or in-house

  • Demonstrate excellent team skills, working to support senior team members

  • The ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • A good eye for detail and creative writing

  • Efficient, organized with excellent time management skills to meet campaign deadlines specific to media requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
