About the Opportunity
Global Research at OKX is a team of 8 researchers across the world, we drive customer centricity and innovation for the company, by delivering customer voice and insights into all phases of product development to make products usable and useful. We work in agile and embedded model, working very closely with product and design teams to implement our insights.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively identify research opportunities with product managers, product designers, content designers, and/or data analysts.
- Drive end-to-end research frameworks and business impact at the organizational level through research.
- Generate research roadmaps and secure consensus from stakeholders on scope and deliverable timelines.
- Lead and execute a variety of qualitative and quantitative research projects from planning to facilitation to reporting.
- Communicate research insights in credible ways to help teams understand the needs of our users.
- Build research panels and continuous user feedback loops.
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor's degree with at least 12+ years of experience leading research studies: planning, recruiting, executing, analyzing, and activating.
- Ability to work with CEO and C-suite executives with crisp communication and influencing strategic decisions.
- Solid understanding of primary qualitative and quantitative research methodologies such as usability tests, interviews, surveys, card sorting, tree testing, and know when these are best used.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
- Flexibility in working style and passion for crypto/blockchain.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including educating the team about user research.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced work environment.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Sr. Staff UX Researcher.
- Experience working with product teams (PM, Design and more).
- Knowledge and interest in the blockchain and fintech industry.

The salary range for this position is $190,815 - $330,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
