The Expo Group is seeking a Producer to join the Level5 Events team in the planning, management, and execution of complex multi-channel projects, including live events, video production, and digital/social initiatives. This hybrid position requires travel for project execution across various locations. In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
  2. Plan and execute multi-channel projects, including live events, video production, and digital/social-driven initiatives.
  3. Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, production schedules, status reports, agendas, meeting notes, and runs of show.
  4. Source and secure vendors, partners, and permits; negotiate contracts and payment terms for venues, AV, staging, lighting, scenic fabrication, talent, hospitality, technology, artists/designers, and staffing.
  5. Manage on-site logistics to ensure the seamless execution of events.
  6. Travel as required to support projects and event execution across various locations.

What You Bring to The Expo Group:

  1. Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  2. Experience: 4-5 years in live event production, project management, and vendor negotiations, including proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and managing large-scale projects across diverse venues (e.g., outdoor, tents, stadiums, arenas).
  3. Technical Knowledge: Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and CAD programs.
  4. Skills:
    1. Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
    2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
    3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Frequent travel is required for this position, and you’ll be working in dynamic indoor and outdoor environments.
