Key Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing plans to support business objectives.
  • Create, edit, and manage content for digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, websites, and blogs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, promotional assets).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging.

Communications

  • Draft press releases, newsletters, and other external communication materials.
  • Manage internal communications, such as memos, announcements, and company updates.
  • Develop and nurture media relationships to enhance brand visibility and secure coverage.
  • Support crisis communication efforts by preparing and disseminating key messages as needed.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with the company’s tone, voice, and branding guidelines.

Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, and community outreach programs.
  • Coordinate logistics, including vendor relations, booth design, and promotional materials.
  • Track event success metrics and compile post-event reports.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the graphic design team to produce visual assets that complement marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to align marketing and communication efforts with broader company goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in a mid-level capacity.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), CMS (e.g., WordPress), and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital advertising techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
