Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Union City, CA. 94587
Great Pay to $70K
Immediate need for Marketing Coordinator to help support the Latin America Business Development Manager with various tasks including competitive market research, data analysis and marketing strategies for Central and South America.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in planning, arranging, organizing, managing and handling multiple projects
-Communicate closely with Headquarter to proceed with project planning
-Handles liaison work between US and Central/South American clients/distributors, such as making appointments, arrangements, and negotiations
-Conduct research and analyzes medical device and surgical table industry & distribution in Central/South America and Japan.
-Coordinates project activities with regulatory or governmental agencies.
-Monitors the daily progress of tasks assigned and provides detailed updates to team and upper management.
-Develop and execute digital and traditional marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product sales.
-Conduct data analysis and forecasting to make informed decisions on campaigns and strategies.
-Manage social media campaigns, create engaging content, and measure the impact and return on investment.
-Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing tactics.
-Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs in the medical device industry.
-Use tools such as Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and analysis.
-Manage CRM (Salesforce) and ensure accurate customer and prospect records.
-Create and execute direct marketing campaigns and events to generate leads and retain customers.
-Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations using AI tools for C-level executives.
-Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations to ensure alignment and achieve sales objectives.
-Address challenges with a high-level commercial focus to facilitate the achievement of proposed results.
-Stay up to date on trends in health and technology, as well as medical industry regulations.
Skills and Experience:
-4+ years of medical device marketing experience.
-Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English, both verbal and written
-Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
-Knowledge of CRM management (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms I.E. HubSpot, Mailchimp.
-Proficiency in strategic marketing tools, planning, sales funnel management, and analysis.
-Experience in managing Key Opinion Leaders and implementing KPIs.
-Experience in preparing high-impact presentations and using AI tools for presentations.
-Ability to work collaboratively in teams and adapt to different cultures and environments.
