The Skyworks Columbus branch is looking for a full-time Service Writer to assist the Service department.

The ideal Service Writer is professional and detailed-oriented. Responsibilities include:

• opening and organizing work orders
• assisting Service Manager with fleet organization in operating system
• organizing customer service requests
• assisting with parts sales and inventory
• assisting Service Manager with daily operations

Prior customer service experience is beneficial. Knowledge of construction equipment is a plus.
