Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Conversational UI/UX Designer to join client's team dedicating to improve the e-commerce experience through conversational interfaces. As part of our team, you'll craft engaging conversational experiences across our chatbot and IVR platforms utilizing the latest AI technologies. This role is essential for enhancing our customer self-service and agent-facing productivity solutions through innovative design and constant improvement based on user feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer needs and design effective conversational experiences. Develop conversation flows, scripts, and personas for guiding conversational interface creation. Perform user research and testing to ensure interfaces are engaging and meet user needs. Continuously refine conversational interfaces based on user feedback and data insights. Stay informed on conversational design and AI technology trends to implement best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
Extensive experience in Conversational Design. Demonstrated knowledge in AI technology pertaining to conversational interfaces. Proven collaboration and communication skills.
Industry Experience:
Experience in e-commerce or related fields is preferred, showcasing a background in creating scalable customer service solutions.
